Design packages
Let’s customize your space! Need help decorating your space? Want a feature wall? Want to take a furniture piece to the next level? The design package is perfect for when you just want the cosmetic changes to really elevate your space. The design packages are as follows:
Basic Design- $200
Floor plan and elevation of affected area, mood board creation with paint colors and material direction. This is a great resource for if you just need help visualizing and making decisions on a small project
Deluxe Design - $1200
Floor plan and elevations of affected area, mood board creation, material selection, breakdown of material costs, contractor interview and selection, and project management with contractor to execute design. I take your project from concept to actualization with you every step of the way.
Personal shopping & design- $400
Have an empty space that needs to be decorated? I will work with you to pinpoint your aesthetic and budget for the space, pick out and shop for all of the items (at owner expense) and execute the design. This includes art, decor, furniture (furniture assembly included), and textiles (rugs, curtains, pillows, bedding, etc.).
Accent wall install- $300
Have a wall that you want to make pop? I can do the install! This includes but is not limited to: wallpaper, murals, acoustic panels, and wood design
Furniture Assembly- $25/hour, $50 minimum
Did you buy something online and the box came in with an overwhelming amount of pieces? I can come assemble it for you
Drafting services
Are you ready to build your dream home? Let’s make a customized plan perfectly tailored to your wants and needs! Plans are needed before most contractors are able to quote and even before most banks are able to start loan paperwork. Cypress Drafting & Designs is here to help. There are many steps that go into this process and we understand if you need to take them in phases. Call/email us today to get a price.
Detailed floor plan for new residence - $0.40/sf
This is where we put together a floor plan showing the room sizes and location with basic elements shown (toilets, sinks, tubs, counters, built-ins, etc) and the overall square footage of your custom home. This is a fantastic first step if you are just wanting to get your feet wet with ideas and start planning financially.
Detailed floor plan of existing residence - $0.15/sf
Floor plans of your home can come in handy for so many reasons. Planning future remodels, marketing for future tenants, or posting with a real estate listing. This is a quick turn around with all of the details needed.
Remodel/Renovation plans - $0.50/sf
Have an existing space that you want to change or add onto? This is where we measure out your existing space to determine what changes or additions can be made and put into a plan to execute. *This includes complete construction documents of affected area.
Construction documents - $1000
This is what you need to start building your home. This includes the floorplan with all necessary dimensions, any interior elevations, exterior elevations, roof plan, ceiling plan, lighting & plumbing plan, and foundation plans.
Project management add-on - 20% of project cost
This service can be provided if we have already worked together on the design. I will be the point of contact that handles all of the potential issues, change-orders, questions on execution, even contractor interviews and etc. so all you have to do is wait for your project to be completed.
